How to choose the right size?

A size chart can be found in the product images.

• Most Important Measurement: Waist Circumference: Measure at navel height, regardless of where you wear your pants. Choose your vest size based on your waist circumference. The bottom edge of the vest will align with your navel.
• Chest Circumference: The chest measurement is not critical since the Omega vest is so flexible and adaptive. The most important factor is the waist measurement to ensure the side protection panels overlap correctly.
